My State Farm journey began in 2017 as a team member in my husband's agency. My passion and appreciation for State Farm grew and in 2019 the Tabitha State Farm Agency was established.

A couple career highlights include being appointed Finance Director for a large Chevrolet Dealership and founding a cosmetic company that had award winning eye shadows. My lifelong desire for a customer-satisfaction career led me to State Farm.

My hobbies include going to sound baths, reading, walking along the ocean or in mountain ranges and enjoying all that nature offers. My husband and I have been blessed with a wonderful daughter, three sons and three grandchildren. I love turning a dilapidated house into a cozy, welcoming home.

My core values are Integrity, Accountability and Perseverance.

I am exactly where I'm supposed to be!

I was born & raised in Los Angeles in a mix of Japanese and Peruvian culture, I have always found fulfillment in servicing and guiding others in my community to live their lives with more confidence.

Coming from 5 years of customer service experience in the holistic supplements industry and managing two Vitamin Shoppes in the south bay area, I soon had a strong urge to want to continue assisting people beyond a retail environment. After helping others with their health, I decided to put myself in an important position where I get to help people on many levels of Liability and Legacy.

My heart was in Life insurance and so that was my first License I received. I then realized I like all of what State Farm offers and so I am now Licensed in Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Commercial Insurance and Business Insurance.

This transition came natural to me as it continued my passion for service to others and I am very grateful to be representing Tabitha Pennington State Farm so proudly. My absolute favorite thing about working in the insurance industry is the strong relationships I get to build and work on every day with our customers! I do speak Spanish fluently.
